Issue I have is w/ moving a character w/ the left joystick and constant readjusting the camera with the right. Uncoordinated.
Oh. Yeah that's going to be a problem. 
There's no lock on mechanic at all actually so it'd be rough going.

Its pretty phenomenal as long as you're cool with open world. It's somewhere between Assassins Creed and Fallout. But prettier.
