Product placement is nothing new, but the Cup Noodles and Coleman ad/logos in FFXV just come off as blatantly odd to me. Thoughts?

They fit in the world. There are some other good ads in there if you pay attention.
Well, for me they don't. XD They really stick out to me. But so do the cell phones and gas pumps, if I'm being honest.

FFVIII was the first game to elicit a negative reaction from me for the odd mix of modern and fantasy

but then i realized it was there in 7 and so many of the others, i think it was an uncanny valley type reaction for me.
