They had the job postings for it a while back so yeah, I think a re-release with Win 10 and higher resolutions is possible.

I'd kind of be surprised if it didn't happen, personally. Maybe even some new content for it wouldn't be too crazy.

The biggest issue is resolution. The monsters don't spawn further out than the resolution, so it's not an easy change.
