Yeah, I learned that the hard way. I thought I could keep questing and do my Order Hall stuff on my phone. Nope.
Major downside to the Legion companion app so far is you can't use it while playing the game. And if you do it logs you out of both.

currently a technical limitation. Transition from game to app could be smoother though.
