Every time I go to play WoW I start trying to figure out how to spend points and drag skills to my bars, and just end up closing the game.

I just go to Icy Veins now and say, "Calgon take me away"
Maybe I need to reinstall some addons that tell me what button to push.

You could play Marksman Hunter, They really only care about 4 buttons and you press the same ones regardless of situation.
