Really bummed about an innocent Gorilla being killed because a kid got in his enclosure. Zoos shouldn't exist.

@MelonieMac Except they offer very legitimate preservation benefits, as well as helping improve public knowledge.

only insofar as that people are too lazy to be involved in preservation unless they get something out of it.

Of course. Just not sure extremely rare issues are worth throwing away the conservation we have.
