There's a lot of talk near my cube of some mysterious thing called an 'em dash'. So glad I'm not a part of that world. #IDrawStickFigures

@Jmarcus00 As much as I use the em dash, I hate the etymology of it. It doesn't make sense to me.

@micahwhipple@Jmarcus00 Well, I was told "en" dash (-) comes from the fact that you can fit an "n" on it and "em" dash (--) likewise "m." -
