It's the lack of transparency and hidden expected/required additional costs that I dislike, not that people need money to live.

@devolore@oliviadgrace My only real experience is in France, and I assume the service there is a result of not needing to care about tips.
@devolore @oliviadgrace But that might be confirmation bias. Germany seemed fine. Can't remember if tipping was a thing, though.
