Been going through a health kick phase as of late. Anyone else keep articles of clothing in their closet whose sole purpose is to gauge your current level of fitness? I’m realizing I have lots. They’re like the wardrobe versions of canaries in the coal mine.

I stopped doing that when I realized the clothes I was holding onto would never fit me again, and that was ok. In my case though it was like a 3 size difference and when I was unhealthy skinny

For me what’s really funny is that most of them I actually don’t think I would wear in public even if I could fit in them.

That too! One of my items was a pair of sparkly black shorts that clearly I only wore to clubs in like vegas. No need for those for like the last five years at least!

I haven’t fit into my sparkly black shorts for at least 8 years.

I blame Snackwells! You know they’re not as healthy as you might think.
