Hm... shooting people with huge splatter of blood, cutting them into pieces, running them over with cars, throwing grenades into crowds, having AI drivers leave their cars and crouch obediently -- not an issue. Dildos? OH NOoooo!!!! Think of the children! :)
Oh true, these are American ideals. Maybe not so much an issue for Polish devs.
