That depends on the individual. Personally, yes as reflections and light are closer to real life than ever before. It's a big step up, the only downside is the amount of performance it requires to do currently
In short, casting rays and tracing their trajectory, intersection, and bounce can create more realistic lighting and even audio by mimicking real world light rays and sound waves. Reflections are one specific use of ray tracing that some games are using. There’s more to it.
