      Jesse, just wanted to give you that doctor's stamp of approval -- lower arm is an acceptable and common replacement for the word "forearm", similar to how "lower leg" is the same as "calf" and "upper arm" is "calf".

      Just a friendly tip: while that kind of thing is okay between friends, it comes off as rude when said to a stranger. Try to make sure you don't confuse parasocial relationships with real ones, no matter how much you see someone on the internet.
