Warrior feels pretty good too right now. Rogue is always a solid choice too. Though I tried Demon Hunter for BfA and haven't been able to go back . Really dig the movement of double jump, dash, backflip, and glide. It's fun to zip around.
WoW players: tried my Enhancement Shaman last night and wasn’t supes jazzed on it. Recommendations on melee proccy bursitness for a casual solo leveler?

I don't think anything right now is as proc-heavy as Enhance traditionally has been, but Ret Pally or Combat Rogue might be your jam. Demon Hunter is less proc-reliant but heavy on short high-burst cooldowns that are pretty satisfying for solo play.
