They almost push the screen out of the window trying to get aware from whatever horror is outside. Running frantically from window to window to keep an eye on it. I throw my headphones off and adrenaline pumps. I’ve got to be ready to fight off a clicker IRL.
And that’s when it goes to the roof. Loud clattering scurry on the roof. I should also mention I hear what sounds like groaning from far away outside. The deep groans of a brain taken over by a fungus. It’s far. It could also be a motorcycle. But it sounds like groans.
