This has always been a worry for live service games, only having access to content as long as the developer lets you. Many people paid $ for parts of Destiny 2 that they will no longer be able to play. That's shitty, even if the content wasn't relevant to most players.

I just think that's the wrong take. They have to deal with prev gen consoles. The game is huge. Something needs to change. It's obvious how difficult it has become to support the game from a QA standpoint. Plus balance. I think its the right call. Especially if

I'm not at all saying they don't have their reasons. They're clearly not just doing this for the hell of it, I understand why it's happening. But - the fact remains that they will be taking out content many people paid for. That's not really a take, it's what's happening.

They have legitimate justifications, but as a consumer it's shitty to not have access (until they decide to unvault stuff at some point down the road) to things I purchased.
