Do y’all think it’s appropriate to reach out if you’re applying to a team? For example; applying to the community team, I might reach out to connect with that team - especially in “social” communication roles.
I think reaching out for information and context and advice is totally valid, the worst that’s going to happen is they don’t reply. Just don’t expect a stranger to refer you, of course.
