Was it a perk for the Base of Operations? In Div1, there were base perks that gave free consumables, and two that gave free random items, on a timer/cooldown.
Have only played the intro in @TheDivisionGame 2 beta. Was confused that a perk (should be permanent passives) gives a weapon mod/s?
Seems a little weird to give one low level item from a perk system. Does this figure in some other way I’m not aware of? Beta only?
