From what they’ve said all cosmetics can be purchased using either Shards ($) or Coins (sweat). So I don’t know that a $20 direct buy purchase price is ridiculous. And it seems to be fairly standard “premium” pricing these days.
As long as either/or holds true then it’s just a conversation of sweat currency earn rates vs. Shard purchases, and then if the items are being priced well. And we don’t know anything about those. $20 for a skin I could also earn by playing? Maybe! But it better be cool.
