Just tried Kashiwa Ramen in Costa Mesa.
Overall grade: 8.5/10. Extremely good.
It’s chicken broth ramen, with pork or shocked meat. The broth is *ridiculously* thick, which I loooove. Never loved chicken broth before.

I guess I’ll have to try hironori again. I just did not dig it. Broth was thin and weak. Seemed almost healthy. 
Any tips on ordering I missed out on?
But Kashiwa is definitely awesome.

Black garlic oil, a bit of spicy sauce, tonkotsu broth. Generally recommend extra chashu meat as well.
