No. Google Earth is cool but not even close to what is needed to make the tech worthwhile. Sigh.
If we think of Wii Bowling or Mario 64 as killer apps, yes, I think Beat Saber and Astro Bot qualify. IMO the issue is still hardware at this point, not software.

People want to talk about psvr but let’s be real there isn’t that many good vr games and beat saber even though it’s fun it’s the new ddr/rock band for this gen

The question is if there’s a killer VR app yet, not whether there is a large and comprehensive VR catalog available. Also Rock Band made over $1bn. I’m sure Beat Saber would be more than happy to be this gen’s Rock Band.
