Yeah I get what you’re saying, I just don’t know that it legally makes a difference. Including a copyrighted song in my movie has the same problems as selling the song all by itself.
Well it comes down the definition, purpose, and intent. Fortnites intent was to make money off the dances, they did it solely on that factor, and didn't hide it. WoW has never sought to make money from the dances, they were included as a bonus for other things you were paying for
