I don’t know that that’s legally a difference? You’re paying to access the dance either way. It’s not as direct, sure, but you’re paying for access to something either way.
WoW did not directly make money from the dances, there were/are millions of other components incorporated around and aside from the dances, the dances are a footnote at best. Fortnite Directly and solely made money off the dances as individual items. That is legally a difference.
Yeah I get what you’re saying, I just don’t know that it legally makes a difference. Including a copyrighted song in my movie has the same problems as selling the song all by itself.
