Kashiwa is all chicken. They do offer a pork chashu topping but everything else is chicken. Broth etc. Harder to compare but I think Kitikata is overrated. I prefer Kashiwa personally. Smaller menu, but no line starting at 10am (yet).

The “standard” Kashiwa bowl is also much heavier than Kitakata, but I believe they have some lighter options. Kashiwa does also have an option for pork chashu.
