I'm actively trying to avoid people D: GOing into areas where others have been really ruins the feel for me. So I feel like im just constantly fighting against the core thing of the game. It sucks :(
Well I sat down to try Fallout 76 before bed and after 3.5 hours realized it was 2am. I’m digging it so far, at least for the early progression. But I can see playing with a group would be much better.

Yah wanting it to be a single player game is probably going to result in some frustration. What exactly are they impacting? Killing stuff? Well, you can always look forward to them adding private servers.

If you like the general exploration stuff from past games, you'll probably continue enjoying it. Having lots of fun finding small story pieces and tracing them around. Shockingly I don't miss human NPCs that much.

Just want to add, it feels like AI has been improved in some senses and that some enemies may quietly stalk you and wait until you're vulnerable before attacking. Couldn't figure out why I was going Hidden -> Caution repeatedly on an empty path, found some wolves thinking...
