I liked the split - they had a Cosplay Exhibition panel prior to the Community Contests where everyone who didn't make the final rounds got to hit the stage regardless and it was great seeing everyone's costumes
It was a little disorganized - they didn't seem to have the order right for who was coming out when, but I imagine they'll clean it up for next year. It worked out pretty well!
