i was out of panko but yeah that's what i usually use and i grated some fresh parmesan over top of it after i took this picture im just bad at food hipstering

A bit of grated Parmesan isn’t enough cheese!! If that plate didn’t cost you at least $20 in cheese, you did it wrong! Lol
