I don't follow Overwatch super closely, but the Symmetra rework (while looking awesome!) seems to signal that back-of-line support characters just don't work well? Is the game destined to rework everyone until they're all in the middle of every fight?

For sure, I guess I mean... Symmetra to me was a character "weaving your doom", you might not even see her, but when you died you knew it was her. And it feels like the rework is saying that doesn't really work in this game. Which makes me a little sad.
But again, I am sure I'm the least informed person talking about this topic. So I could be way off and my understanding of how most matches play out is just wrong.
