To be fair, Kennedy is to the right of Markey, so even though it may be a younger challenger, it is not a progressive one. Glad to see Maxwell defending Morgan here, but I haven’t seen this same sentiment from her many other folks. Would love to be proven wrong, for sure.

Sure... Because the tactic of "primary-ing" from a place of ideological purity has produced great results for the Republicans.

Over forty years they've achieved their explicit goals of tax cuts, deregulation, and stacking the courts to benefit their wealthy backers (often with Dem help). I don't agree with those goals, but to pretend they haven't been effective is ignoring reality.
