Totally missed the point, by a ways. If you put a warhead in a space plane, sent it up to orbit, then called it down into specific target, the effect is the same as a FOBS. We are talking practical effects, not definitions. Hence the B21/Russia ref.

The Russians say: So a B21 flies w/o a pilot autonomously to its target, and then detonates a warhead. It flies a non ballistic trajectory. How is that not a cruise missile? Bc it’s capable of doing it repeatedly? Does it have to? What if it doesn’t drop the bomb, just detonates?
