I used React when I was working at Meta. Happy to be back using Angular again. SolidJS feels cleaner & reactive but i'd miss RxJS & DI, not a huge fan of Context. Meta uses Flow but TS has won. React 18 onward may fragment over TS and also simplicity+stability vs functionality

People praise unopinionated libraries but they also dread their side-effects. Having shared conventions across teams and projects is important. I think Angular is better suited for that. And I am convinced Next.js gained a lot of traction because of this also.

That’s a big lie. Probably the scanner just look for the word “Angular” in posts where they need someone to do React but they don’t mind if the person has experience with Angular. I’ve been searching for Angular job offers in several platforms, I find one per every 20 in React

Angular is the way to go for enterprise apps 🙂 - typescript is first-class citizen - opiniated architecture for long term maintenance - great forms functionalities - great CLI - and last but not least, mitigate the javascript fatigue, as the ecosystem is stable&mature for years

Note that this survey seems to be skewed to US preferences, as US jobs are nearly as many as all others combined. This can be seen looking at the average salaries.
