That’s some really open ended wording there. Who gets to decide what manner is endangering and what manner is not? Leaving it loaded and on a table, that’s bad form. Leaving loaded in your purse cause that is how you carry, iffy at best.

Also the law already exists, if you have a critique then it should be about why a 13 year old is different than a 15 year old. All this bill does is raise the age of a “minor” from under 14 to under 18.
