@GenFlynn plead guilty to stop the financial bleeding which he couldn’t afford! He lost his house! The government has unlimited resources! He basically fell on his sword for the good of the country and his family!

And so in order to save some money, he lied under oath to a Federal court and a Federal Judge? That’s your defense of this man’s honor?

You’re screwing up you father’s plea deal as we speak. If a judge suspects that he is pleading guilty because of a financial burden, the plea deal will be null and void, but everything he’s spilled to Mueller is still admissible. I recommend you stop tweeting.

Odd. What happened when they changed judges in the Flynn case? Have you been following it? Why do they keep postponing the arraignment? New judge in Acts Brady rule? What did that cause?

Yes, the Brady Order was issued “sue suponte” or of the judges own free will and not at the request of the prosecution. This judge has done the same in the past and criticized prosecutors for not meeting Brady obligations in the case of R Congressman, Ted Stevens.
