  In my view police are there to keep order. The problem start when a country allows non-lawful so-called "peaceful protests" (which almost always end in unruliness!) To take place. There are ways and means but time has proven that many people LIKE brawls + fights.

  The only difference, we do not try to present these cases, as ‘normal’. This violence is not systematic and not supported by government, like in Russia. We do try to investigate and eliminate these cases. Stop trying to distract the attention.
