Place them further from the curb so that people waiting don’t get blasted with road debris every time vehicles go by. I like the sun shades. Also, there’s usually more than two people waiting for a bus at busy stops. Make these so that they can accommodate at least 8 people.

On some stops the benches are so close to the curb and then there's other stuff (trash can, a walled in plants area, etc.) that make it difficult for people with walkers and wheelchairs to get on the bus since the ramp won't fit.

Hi, this is one of the options being shown, there may be others and we encourage attending one of the demos to check them out and let staff know what you think! ^Anna

Since you refuse to do anything about the drug, crime and vagrant situations on your bus, train, train platforms I don’t see how this will make any difference

hmmm you should take matters into your own hands and give them all jobs and safety nets so they aren't in that situation anymore. if you're unwilling to do that but still unwilling to extend your understanding then I'd recommend shutting up instead

90% of the stops I use don't have anything at all? So like an actual bench with actual shade that covers it is really all I want [+frequent / reliable service]
