    The dry spell has lasted longest in E Anglia and SE England. Brooms Barn, Bury St Edmunds, has had no rainfall since 5 June, 48 days ago.         I think it was on the 13th there was a big storm in NW London. They said it was a month rain in some areas. Dunno why it’s not appearing on the radar.

        The average July rainfall for Northolt (Nearest climate station to NW London) is 45.3 mm so 20% of that (the lowest colour on the map) is 9 mm. An isolated storm probably wouldn’t give you 9 mm of rain 🤔
