    I don't know who needs to hear this but putting work in core web vitals doesn't mean that the site can't lose rankings over time. I also washed my car hundreds of times and it still left me standing on the highway.

    You may have noticed an increase in soft 404 error reports in Search Console the past few weeks. Thank you for all the reports you've sent our way! The team identified the classifier that was causing the issue and deactivated it while they fine-tune it.

    just submitted a change that updates all references to HTTPS instead of HTTP on Search Central. This change was requested a number of times, but it's a no-op change: it doesn't change how we use SD and you don't have to change a thing. FOR REALS. 1/2
