Day 10 of 3x-Pfizer-vaxxed #COVID19 breakthrough case. Still testing faintly +ve. I analyzed all nine of my rapid antigen tests w/ ImageJ & plotted the ratio of the area of sample to the area of control. Saw a linear relationship (R2=0.99) from day 2-10:pic.twitter.com/8vR6r5ygwz

Here are the images. I converted each image to B&W, imported them to ImageJ, & used Analyze > Gels function to quantify the areas for the Control and Sample bands. Then plotted the ratio vs hour after symptoms started (see above).pic.twitter.com/pHckAHWna5

To clarify: by “area”, I mean the area under the curve generated by Analyze > Gel > Plot Lanes in ImageJ, baseline corrected. (Not just the surface area of band.) This analysis factors in the intensity of band. This video shows the general process:https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=JlR5v-DsTds …

Thanks @JulesDeep ! I read somewhere about companies looking into cell phone apps to do this analysis and thought I’d give it a shot.

Impressive timeline. So what does that make one think about 5 days of quarantine and 5 days of mask wearing? Is that enough @CDCgov ?? Is a cloth mask enough, a surgical or should one wear a N95?

Beautiful! Just for due diligence though, since it's only 5 points and it's hard to conceptualize (for me) the scale on y-axis, do you know what the 95% CI for the slope (or regression coefficient) is? Definitely significantly different from 0?
