I’m thinking of switching back from mostly-Kindle to mostly-paper entirely because I dislike the aesthetics of people hunched over screens. Hunch over something whose glow doesn’t make you look like a vampire!

This is puzzling. My Kindle does not make me look like a vampire. My phone most certainly does though. The screens are very different!

Phrased that poorly—I use the kindle app on iOS. But generally electronics seem to scrunch users.

Oh! Yeah. Personally my Kindle drastically increases my reading capacity, since it allows me to read in the dark while lying on my side without the harsh glow of a phone screen. When I read a lot, I read right before bed.

But the aesthetics and phenomenology of physical books are significantly superior. It's a tough trade off.
