Entry level positions at financial institutions, banks, insurance companies. Send a lot of applications. Move to Midland and not use your degree in the oil industry. Probably your most immediately lucrative option. I can around my work for entry level / intern stuff.
Also lots of jobs don't care about what your degree is in, necessarily, but just care about a degree. Sales type positions for example. Lots of generic office work. Just applying to lots of random places is perfectly reasonable.
