In terms of human behavioural changes, how about the physiological effect of increasing atmospheric CO2 on normal human function? Cognitive impairment from CO2 overexposure in crowded buildings (e.g. https://doi.org/10.1080/15459624.2015.1076160 …) may be a foretaste of future outdoor breathing effects
