Intermediate Value Theorem of Growth: To go from here to there, you have to pass the points in between. Anything that looks like a sudden jump is probably fake. This is slow. But then when there is growth, you know it's real.

Corollary: When there is a sudden, real jump in growth, that's generally when the top layer of ego / self / identity has a lag in what is outwardly presented. The growth has been happening, its expression is what is irregular.
