1/2 Hard-scheduling leisure activities (e.g. "at 8pm I will read this book", rather than my more common "at 8pm I will try to work and fall back to a leisure thing if I'm tired"), scheduling more social things, and trying things to work with more focus when I work.

2/2 For working with more focus, I tried
@focusmate for the first time this morning and it was great. Hard to know whether it'll still be magic in a few months, but I'm optimistic.
