somehow i can’t stand the experience of listening to podcasts? i think something feels subtly bad to me about listening to voices w/o seeing accompanying faces

Perhaps obvious, but some podcasts also have video versions on YouTube. Also I’d love to try something like an aesthetic double crux with you about this sometime if that sounds fun. Maybe asynchronously on Twitter even?

However I think I also get the fidgety thing I suppose I’m no help. For me the point of podcasts is that I can do them while doing other stuff. I have many hours a week of assorted chores that leave my brain and ears pretty free. For a while I was doing podcasts plus puzzles.

@diviacaroline I'm curious about what podcasts you enjoy or would recommend1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

I recommend Invisibilia and Hardcore History (though I rarely listen to Hardcore History bc it’s too dark). Sometimes I like Exploring Unschooling. I enjoy
@RobHasApodcast quite a lot, but it’s a Survivor (and Big Brother, and some other stuff) podcast.2 replies 0 retweets 3 likes
Ooh, I like Invisibilia. It's sensitive and thoughtful, like a more in-depth version of The Memory Palace
