If they’re currently serving military they’re not allowed to do that. They are not allowed to attend a political event in military uniform supporting a candidate.

What a crappy headline and article.
@tampabaytimes@samanthajgross#davidsmiley. The article mentions Trump being “in rare form” and attendees finding him “hilarious.” In doing so, the article seems to normalize some of the very things they point out in it. -
In mentioning that attendees thought he was a “total comedian” the article normalizes the fact that on stage with him were people he pardoned for war crimes-including someone who had been serving a 19-year sentence for ordering his soldiers to shoot unarmed men.
