Me oh my. Sure could have used that, back in the day. But then, my scholarship meant I paid in-state tuition, $500 a semester. And yes, I rode a brontosaurus to school every day.

"In-state" should require 3 years of proof of family tax filings in the state of Texas. Conditions for shorter residence periods can always be reviewed on a case by case basis. Congratulations to Texas and to the success of all its future generations.
