Puppy-sized scoop: President Trump’s riff on getting a dog wasn’t entirely random. He was recently pitched on adopting a dog at the WH by campaign advisor, daughter-in-law & dog rescue advocate Lara Trump. She’s encouraged him to get a dog for years.
