President Trump says he likes the "acting" title. Currently his Chief of Staff, AG, Sec of Defense, UN Ambassador, EPA Administrator, OMB Director, are all temporarily filled. "It gives me more flexibility, do you understand that? I like acting. So we have a few that are acting"
