He doesn't even have a wall design yet but wants $5.7 billion for it. 
President Trump says he is going to Camp David to discuss “North Korea, the China trade deal which is coming along very well, and of course the wall.” The President adds he will call the head of US Steel to design a barrier. “This is a very important battle to win.”

Now Trump wants a steel manufacturer to engineer the design for his wall? How does any of this make sense? Why isn’t he just asking for money to do a feasibility study, tell his base this will lay the groundwork for a wall and we can all move on?
