Manchin says he would not have voted for the Affordable Care Act because of the individual mandate. He says Sen. McCain, with his thumbs down, was signaling that the system is broken

Manchin on his Kavanaugh vote and its timing after Collins announced her vote: "First of all I'm the only Democrat that voted for Judge Kavanaugh...I was the first to ask for an FBI investigation...I wasn't the last vote, I was 49th or 50."

Morrisey: Manchin "went and put powder on in the bathroom and then let Maine decide West Virginia's vote"
