Pretty remarkable, try to imagine this kind of thing in this day and age. I did not care for Rehnquist but did admire O'Connor. She made the correct call imo.

Amazing story: Brett Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford met during highschool and 36 years and many beers later they met again in a senate confirmation hearing. Kavanaugh went on to become a Justice and Ford went on to have her life destroyed.
